Moxion offers a sustainable mobile battery solution, designed as a green alternative to diesel generators. Suitable for venues ranging from festivals to construction sites, the MP-75 by Moxion delivers silent, reliable, and clean energy. This mobile power station, designed for quick deployment, supplies 75kW of power and stores over 600kWh of energy— this is enough to run a household for about 20 days or charge 30 electric cars. The Moxion team, also powered by excellence, partnered with REJOUICE to position themselves as frontrunners in their sector. Their unwavering dedication to innovation allowed us to birth an award-winning brand. A remarkable team with an outstanding product.

How We Did It?

To delve deeper into the business, company, product, and user, we conducted workshops with stakeholders and in-depth interviews with real users. These activities provided valuable insights into the needs, expectations, and pain points of our target audience, allowing us to tailor the products and services of Iberia Cards to better meet their needs. By engaging directly with the users and key stakeholders of Iberia Cards, we gathered firsthand feedback and gained a more comprehensive understanding of the market and the competitive landscape, which informed the business and product strategies of Iberia Cards moving forward.
To achieve success, it is essential to define a product that meets both user expectations and business needs. To accomplish this, we conduct thorough user research and analyze market trends, identifying key features and functionalities that our target audience prioritizes. Additionally, we take into account business goals and objectives, such as revenue growth or market share, and ensure that the product supports these aims.

In response to user feedback and stakeholder input gathered during the research phase, the team designed new user flows that integrate these enhancements, which include improving access to information, data visualization, and navigation. We also placed emphasis on enhancing security features and customer service, among other areas. Our objective in taking these steps was to ensure that the product met both user expectations and business goals, which we were confident would lead to increased customer satisfaction and business success. As a result of these efforts, we believe that the product was able to meet these objectives.

The Driving Force

In addition to improving user experience and optimizing business results, the design of the new Iberia Cards mobile application had deeper implications from a philosophical perspective for the company.

In our experience working with companies, we have learned that a company's philosophy must be rooted in solid and coherent values. For Iberia Cards, the design of their mobile application became an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
